C1185 Flexural strength. ASTM C1325 Freeze thaw, and ASTM C1396

LIGHTWEIGHT MagBacker is 25% lighter than conventional
Portland base underlayments

MOISTURE RESISTANT MagBacker has been tested for
thickness swell, linear expansion, retention of modulus of rupture (MOR)
after humidification under the following testing protocol: ASTM C1185 and
ASTM 1037

MOLD MILDEW RESISTANCE MagBacker is “non-
nutrient” and tested according to ASTM G21/ASTM D3273

INSECT RESISTANT Insects will not consume MagBacker

IMPACT RESISTANT MagBacker has been tested for
compression strength under ASTM-C1325 and ASTM D3294
